Hourly Rate: $34.50-$42.50

We are currently hiring an Evaluation & Impact Officer to join our Research & Impact Unit department. Reporting to the Vice President, Research & Impact, the Evaluation & Impact officer will design and implement evaluation activities across Indspire programs and events. The role will ensure data-driven reflection and learning by developing practical evaluation tools and synthesizing insights aligned with Indigenous evaluation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be:
- Designing and refining evaluation frameworks, logic models, and data collection tools.
- Conducting post-event and program evaluations using mixed methods.
- Analyzing results and producing concise evaluation summaries.
- Contributing to building organizational learning and continuous improvement processes.
- Collaborating with the team to align evaluation findings with the impact framework.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Evaluation, Public Policy, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of evaluation or applied research experience.
- Understanding of Indigenous evaluation approaches and ethical protocols.
- Strong ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.
Expected Deliverables by March 2026
- Evaluation framework and survey templates for all core programs/events.
- Support the evaluation and report production of upcoming events.
