Indspire is seeking a Brand & Campaign Designer responsible for translating Indspire’s strategic priorities and campaigns into cohesive, high-impact visual systems across all channels. This role leads the design execution of integrated campaigns, ensuring brand consistency while adapting creative across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints.
 
Working closely with the Communications, Development, and Events teams, the Brand & Campaign Designer ensures that every campaign is visually aligned, scalable, and optimized for audience engagement. The role serves as a bridge between strategy and execution, transforming campaign direction into compelling, multi-channel creative that drives awareness, participation, and advocacy.
 
This position plays a critical role in strengthening Indspire’s visual identity across major institutional moments, including the National Gathering, Soaring, the Indspire Awards, and national campaigns.
 
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be:
 
Campaign Design & Execution

  • Leading visual design for integrated campaigns across digital, print, email, web, and social platforms.
  • Translating campaign strategies into scalable creative systems adaptable across channels and audiences.
  • Developing visual concepts, layouts, and design assets aligned with campaign objectives and messaging.
  • Ensuring consistency in design execution across all campaign touchpoints.
  • Collaborating with content strategists and communications leads to align visuals with the narrative and the call to action.

Brand Application & Evolution

  • Applying and upholding Indspire’s brand standards across all campaign materials.
  • Contributing to the evolution of Indspire’s visual identity through campaign-based innovation.
  • Ensuring visual consistency across major organizational initiatives and programs.
  • Supporting refinement of templates, toolkits, and design systems used across the organization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partnering with internal stakeholders (Communications, Development, Events) to deliver campaign assets.
  • Translating stakeholder needs into effective creative solutions without compromising brand integrity.
  • Providing creative input during campaign planning and concept development phases.

Production Oversight & Quality Control

  • Preparing final files for print, digital publishing, and event production.
  • Liaising with vendors and internal teams to ensure high-quality output.
  • Ensuring timelines and deliverables are met across multiple concurrent campaigns.
 
Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in campaign design or integrated marketing design.
  • Proven experience developing multi-channel creative for campaigns (digital, print, social, email).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign-based work and brand application.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; After Effects/Figma an asset).
  • Experience working within brand systems and scaling creative across platforms.
  • Strong understanding of visual storytelling, layout, and typography.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in non-profit, education, or purpose-driven organizations is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Indigenous communities, cultures, and storytelling approaches is an asset.
